1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SignalScore World Cup and related services (collectively, the "Service"), including our website, demo dashboard, prediction tools, leaderboards, and paid plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Klondike Enterprises Group LLC ("SignalScore," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Platform Description

SignalScore World Cup is a FIFA World Cup 2026 soccer prediction platform where analytical match signals and user identity converge. The Service provides:

• ▸Match Signal Cards — composite intelligence views that quantify home-edge conviction for fixtures using weighted factors such as form, injuries, line movement, public sentiment, and fatigue/travel
• ▸User predictions — users select Home Win, Draw, or Away Win outcomes and build a Predictor Reputation over time
• ▸Leaderboards, accuracy metrics, streaks, and tier rankings — reputation features that reflect prediction performance
• ▸Paid access tiers — optional plans that unlock expanded features during and beyond the World Cup tournament

SignalScore is designed as an analytics-style sports prediction experience. It is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or wagering platform.

3. Informational and Entertainment Use Only

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Match signals, confidence scores, factor breakdowns, tiers, leaderboards, and related outputs are intended to support sports analysis and friendly prediction competition. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, or guarantees of any outcome.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make outside the platform, including any wagering activity with third-party operators.

4. No Wagering or Betting Services

SignalScore does not:

• ▸Accept wagers or bets of any kind
• ▸Facilitate betting, gambling, or exchange transactions
• ▸Hold stakes, process payouts, or settle wagers on sporting events
• ▸Operate as a sportsbook, casino, or gambling service

Use of the Service does not constitute placing a bet with SignalScore. If you choose to wager with third-party operators, that activity is governed solely by those operators' terms and applicable law in your jurisdiction. You must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws regarding sports wagering.

5. Prediction Accuracy Disclaimer

SignalScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any prediction, signal, score, factor, or analytics output.

Factors may include mock, simulated, beta, or prototype data during preview periods. Live or official data feeds may be introduced over time, but availability and accuracy are not warranted.

Past performance on leaderboards or reputation metrics does not predict future results. SignalScore outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for wagering or financial decisions.

6. User Eligibility and Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or purchase a paid plan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Accounts

When account registration is available, you agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate, current registration information
• ▸Maintain the security of your login credentials
• ▸Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• ▸Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

You may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, reputation, or promotional offers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Current demo: Some features may store predictions locally in your browser before cloud accounts launch. Availability varies by product stage and plan.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal gambling where prohibited
• ▸Misrepresent SignalScore outputs as guaranteed predictions, insider information, or betting advice
• ▸Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or overload the Service without permission
• ▸Circumvent paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or subscription gates
• ▸Harass, impersonate, or defame other users on leaderboards or profiles
• ▸Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
• ▸Use automated tools to manipulate predictions, reputation, or rankings

We may remove content, reset reputation data, restrict features, or terminate access for violations.

8. Subscription Terms and Paid Plans

SignalScore offers the following plans:

Plan names, pricing, and feature sets may change. The pricing displayed at checkout at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

FREE

The FREE plan provides limited access at no charge. No payment method is required. Features may be restricted compared to paid plans.

WORLD CUP PASS ($19.95 one-time)

The World Cup Pass is a one-time purchase that grants access to World Cup 2026 tournament features for the defined tournament period, including but not limited to:

• ▸Full World Cup fixture access
• ▸Unlimited predictions during the tournament period
• ▸Full leaderboard participation
• ▸Predictor reputation and advanced signals
• ▸Founding Legend Badge (if offered at time of purchase)

Access duration and included features will be stated at checkout. The World Cup Pass does not automatically renew.

SIGNALSCORE PRO ($24.95/month recurring)

SignalScore Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance. It includes multi-sport access and premium platform features as described at checkout, which may include:

• ▸Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Olympics coverage (as available)
• ▸Cross-sport reputation and advanced analytics
• ▸Premium profile features

By subscribing, you authorize SignalScore and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

9. Billing and Cancellation

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices for payment handling.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Billing

• ▸WORLD CUP PASS: Charged once at checkout.
• ▸SIGNALSCORE PRO: Charged monthly on a recurring basis until canceled. Your billing date is established at initial subscription.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Cancellation

• ▸SIGNALSCORE PRO: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal (when available). Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
• ▸WORLD CUP PASS: No recurring billing applies. Cancellation of a one-time pass is not applicable; see the Refund Policy for purchase-related requests.

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the SignalScore World Cup brand, UI, signal engine logic, copy, graphics, and design, is owned by SignalScore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User-generated predictions, profile data, and display names remain yours, subject to a license you grant us to host, display, process, and use that content to operate the Service, including leaderboards and reputation features.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Account Termination

By you

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion when account features are available, subject to legal and billing retention requirements.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you:

• ▸Violate these Terms or applicable law
• ▸Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the platform
• ▸Fail to pay applicable fees
• ▸Create risk or legal exposure for SignalScore or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation. Mock, beta, and prototype features may be present during preview and launch periods.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ▸SIGNALSCORE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• ▸WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM BETTING DECISIONS, RELIANCE ON SIGNALS OR PREDICTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
• ▸OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalScore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, including unlawful wagering activity.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide notice by email or in-app notification where practicable.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of [County, State/Country], unless arbitration is required by a separate written agreement.
