1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation timing, and billing dispute procedures for SignalScore plans. It applies to purchases made through our website and processed by Stripe.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

3. FREE Plan

The FREE plan is provided at no cost. No payment method is required and no refunds apply because no charges are made.

You may stop using the FREE plan at any time without cancellation steps.


4. WORLD CUP PASS — $19.95 One-Time

The World Cup Pass grants tournament-period access to World Cup 2026 features as described at checkout.

Final sale — no refunds

The World Cup Pass is final sale. All sales are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Upon successful payment, paid access is granted immediately. The World Cup Pass provides digital access to time-sensitive tournament content tied to FIFA World Cup 2026 — including match signals, predictions, leaderboard features, and related platform access for the defined tournament period. Because access begins at purchase and the product is inherently time-bound, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once the transaction is complete.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Access is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
  • The product is digital and tied to a limited tournament window
  • The World Cup Pass is sold on a final-sale basis

We may still address duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or technical failures that prevent delivery of paid access due to a platform error on our side. Nothing in this section limits refunds where mandatory under applicable consumer protection law.


5. SIGNALSCORE PRO — $24.95/Month Recurring

SignalScore Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe.

Subscription cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal (when available).
  • Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
  • Access continues through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Canceling does not automatically delete your account. You may continue using FREE-tier features after your Pro period ends, subject to plan availability.

Example: If you subscribe on May 1 and cancel on May 15, you retain Pro access through May 31 (or your billing cycle end date). You will not be charged on June 1.

Refunds — no prorated or partial refunds

Unless required by law:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prorated, retroactive, or partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
  • Canceling stops future charges only; prior billing periods are not refunded

Refunds may still be issued for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or failure to deliver Pro access due to a platform error on our side.

If you believe you were charged in error after cancellation, contact support promptly with your account email and transaction date.


6. Non-Refundable Situations (All Paid Plans)

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • You purchased a World Cup Pass (final sale; see Section 4)
  • You canceled SignalScore Pro but seek a refund for the current or a prior billing period (see Section 5)
  • You failed to cancel before a renewal charge (see Section 7 for dispute process)
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy, signal outputs, or match results — the Service is informational and entertainment-only; outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Features were available as described but did not meet personal expectations
  • Third-party issues outside our control (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party sports data delays)

Nothing in this policy limits refunds where required by applicable consumer protection law.


7. Billing Disputes

If you see an unexpected charge:

  1. Check your subscription status in account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal
  2. Contact us first at klondikesteve@gmail.com with your account email, charge date, and amount — we resolve most billing issues within 3–5 business days
  3. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us unless required by your bank — chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated

If we confirm a billing error, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit at our discretion.

For charges you do not recognize, include the last four digits of the card and the Stripe receipt ID if available.


8. How to Request a Refund

Email klondikesteve@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: Refund Request — [Plan Name]
  • Account email address
  • Plan purchased (World Cup Pass or SignalScore Pro)
  • Date of purchase and charge amount
  • Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


9. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refund timing after approval may vary based on Stripe and your financial institution's processing schedules.


10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email or site notice where practicable.
